HeadLine : Weak arrivals lift pulses

Weak arrival and improved buying support from millers lifted prices of majority of pulse seeds in Indore mandis with tur (Maharashtra) today being quoted at Rs.8,300-8,400 a quintal, while tur (Madhya Pradesh) ruled at Rs.7,500.

Tur dal (sawa no.) was being quoted at Rs.10,600-11,000, tur dal (full) ruled at Rs.11,100-11,200, while tur marka was quoted at Rs.11,800-12,000. 

Weak arrival and improved buying also lifted moong prices in local mandis in the past one week by Rs. 500 a quintal with moong (bold) at Rs.6,500-7,000, while moong (medium) ruled at Rs.6,000Urad (bold) remained steady at Rs.9,500, while urad (medium) ruled at Rs.8,200-8,300.
